Environmental management update

Our environmental management system is up and running!

As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, we have taken measures in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 to reduce our environmental impact and optimize our operational processes. By implementing this system, we are better positioned to tackle ecological challenges and fulfill our responsibility towards the environment.

The first step involved the recycling of raw materials and optimized waste avoidance and separation. One component of this has been the digital availability of our product documentation since June. Instead of printed manuals, deliveries of goods now only include flyers with safety instructions and a QR code that leads to digital product documentation in PDF format. This change will save us 2.5 tons of CO2 per year.

We have also converted further vehicles in our fleet to electric drives and installed four additional charging stations, which are also available for charging our employees' private vehicles.

The year 2025 will be characterized by increased energy efficiency in production, the expansion of electricity generation from renewable energy sources and the substitution of environmentally critical substances in our processes.

We are particularly proud of our successful DIN ISO 9001 certification in October. Our commitment to quality and continuous improvement has now been officially confirmed for the first time by our new certifier DEKRA following a change of provider. The standard provides us with a clear framework for optimizing processes and further increasing customer satisfaction.
