Advance notice: Upgrade for optimized performance and usability
With the upgrade of the proven Sonic Digital ultrasonic generators for cleaning, welding and cutting applications, a new high-performance microcontroller for optimized performance and increased upgrade security.
The upgrade is available for all Sonic Digital LC, MG and HS generators.
A modern TFT display promises improved usability. Settings can be made and read directly on the generator.
An alternative to this is the Sonic Smart Configurator, a free configuration tool for the PC, with which several generators can be set quickly and easily. A USB interface has been implemented for reading out parameters and importing firmware updates.
A remote maintenance option and, depending on the model, more extensive interfaces such as additional analog and digital I/O and an integrated fieldbus interface round off the facelift.
The changes offer full compatibility with the previous models.
The start of series production for all optimized Sonic Digital generators will take place in Q2/2025.
