The past year has been challenging in many ways and marked by upheavals that have required us to act responsibly, be open, and have the courage to realign ourselves. As the year draws to a close, it is time to appreciate what has proven itself, say goodbye to some old things, and consciously make room for new perspectives.

Especially in turbulent times, it is important for us to pause and consciously show our gratitude and solidarity. As a company, we are aware of our responsibility and are continuing to support regional and social organizations that provide help where it is urgently needed:

• The Tafel in Karlsruhe, which provides food to people in difficult circumstances on a daily basis.
• Socially focused associations in which our employees volunteer their time.
• Herzenswünsche e.V., an organization that fulfils the heart's desires of seriously ill children – for moments of joy and hope.
