High Purity - Technologies for highest demands

This year's focus topic "High Purity" at Parts2Clean reflected the trend towards fine and ultra-fine cleaning, which involves removing the smallest particles and organic contaminants down to the nanoscale. These high requirements are crucial in industries such as medical technology, sensor technology, the semiconductor industry and various areas of electromobility.

For high-purity cleaning, ultrasonic systems in the megasonic range are ideal for particularly sensitive surfaces, as are vacuum-resistant ultrasonic systems in the multi-frequency range up to 132 kHz.  These offer considerable flexibility, achieve better cleaning results and often enable savings in energy and chemicals.

Of particular note is the new SonoSub HP immersible transducer with optimized surface finish, which helps significantly reduce the risk of re- and cross-contamination. With roughness values of less than 0.4 µm, it meets the hygiene requirements of DIN 11866 Class 4.
